This morning in the bedroom, i broke the glass which i using to put my cosmetics accidentally.It was because of the strong wind blew from the outside of the windows. Luckily, i didn't get hurt. Oh, I started worring about bad omens.
The first thing that pop out from jess's mouth was: " oh nooo, you'll be getting seven years of bad luck!" laugh-out-loud. By the way,since i'm not a superstitioned kind of person, so it didn't actually spoilt my mood. As i googled some information about this, I found out that:
Glass are powerful metaphors. That's why they hold so much power over our minds and superstitions.
Everything started to become very interesting. Not to forget, one of my friend even suggested me to bury the pieces in a black bag, near a natural source of running water that the water washes away all my bad luck. Althought it sounds ridiculous, yet i think he is so creative !! salut* salut*

To break uncolored glass in any form but that of a mirror or a bottle is a fortunate omen. it simply rejects the previous statement as I will be getting 7 years of bad luck.....before im turning 27 =)
However, the most worrisome part about breaking glass is making sure that all the itsy bitsy shards are picked up. Because I don't own a vacuum in my rented apartment, all i have is only to use a broom and dust pan ><>
Gonna throw it away well-wrapped in a sealed plastic so nobody mistakes it for a snack. XD
